Returns
Due to the handmade, custom, printed, made-to-order, and subscription-based nature of many of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
Refunds
Refunds may be considered for:

Errors caused by Summit & Sip Creative LLC
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible.
Custom Artwork & Commissions
Deposits for custom artwork, commissions, murals, design projects, and other creative services are non-refundable once work has begun.
Project-specific terms may be outlined in separate commission agreements.
